I've been lasered 4 or 5 times for a small black tattoo on my chest of
outline, no shading. Each session took less than 5 minutes and it was
nearly unbearable. I can sit for 5 hours of tattooing no problem and
have passed several kidney stones. This pain was something else because
it's hot and piercing, and it's close to kidney stones in degree. And
the healing process takes 2 months and blows. Good luck with your face,

My laserer, the wife of a tattoo artist, is slowly lasering her
whole body and being re-inked over several years. I can't imagine going
through constant skin healings for so long. And she's worried that her
health is suffering from a gluten allergy...
